The Degree in Management at ISCAL is oriented towards obtaining excellent results. Develops decision-making mechanisms and processes to train managers and senior management technicians, aiming at their insertion in a competitive dynamic in organizations with or without profit, through knowledge of the main tools acquired in the Accounting, Financial, Production / Operations components, Marketing, Strategy and Human Resource Management, among others. The teaching staff has both pedagogical and scientific and professional skills, inserted in an institution proud of a historical heritage of more than two centuries.

Professional opportunities

The degree in Management trains professionals qualified to perform, namely, the following functions and activities:

• Senior general management technician in business organizations with or without profit of any nature, being able to perform functions of senior management in any functional area, as well as in public administration bodies;

• Director of companies, functional or general;

• Administrative, financial (and top) director qualified to actively participate in international financial relations;

• "Controller" with connection to the "CEO - Chief Executive Officer" ;

• Management consultant independent or integrated in international level consultants (beginning of career);

• Financial advisor and financial management independent or integrated in consultants at European and international level (early career);

• Access to ROC (under conditions to be defined by OROC).
