Accessibility and Usability Statement

Iscal undertakes to make the website iscal.ipl.pt, available, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications. 

I. State of compliance

The website iscal.ipl.pt owned by Iscal it is partially compliant with Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of 19 October.

The instances of non-compliance and/or exemptions are set out below.

II. Preparation of this accessibility and usability statement

This statement was updated on 2 July 2026. 

In accordance with Article 9 of Decree-Law No 83/2018, organisations must adopt the monitoring procedures set out below. Procedures A) and B) are mandatory. Procedure C) is recommended.

IV. Other evidence

ISCAL did not present, when completing this Declaration, any other evidence or efforts to make its website compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19.

 

V. Reporting discrimination

According to Article 13(1) of Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19, whenever a person with a disability is treated less favorably than another person in a comparable situation, which constitutes discriminatory practice against persons with disabilities, as provided for and punished under the terms of Article 4 of Law No. 46/2006 of August 28, that person may file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 34/2007 of February 15.

The National Institute for Rehabilitation (INR, I.P.) provides a form for reporting situations of discrimination, forwarding the complaints submitted to the competent authorities. Each year, the INR, I.P. prepares an annual report on the application of the law that prohibits and punishes discrimination on the grounds of disability and the existence of an aggravated health risk (Law No. 46/2006, of August 28).


This Accessibility and Usability Statement was created with the help of the WAI-Tools PT v1.5 Generator, developed as part of the WAI-Tools project, of which AMA is an integral part. The Statement was designed in accordance with Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19.
