The Lisbon branch of the “Instituto Jurídico Portucalense” is a multidisciplinary research unit comprising researchers from fields such as law, management and economics. Its mission includes carrying out scientific research in close articulation with the society and the teaching provided at ISCAL.

The centre is funded through the programme contract UIDB/04112/2020, signed with the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology, I.P. - period 2020-2023.
